*Mill finished products are straight off the bender and have some slight "orange peel" and minor clamp marks. clickable image    
^Ladder Bars when ordered together with a Roof Rack are supplied with threaded mounting lugs to facilitate the mounting of the roof rack.    
GENERAL NOTES:                
•All products are manufactured from premium grade alloy and are mandrel bent distortion free on a tight radius (1.5CLR).  Mounting sockets and hardware are quality zinc plated steel.    
•Ladder Bars and Wide Rax are standard rear removable.     
•All ladder bars are fitted with welded ladder pins at 900mm centres unless otherwise specified.  Rabbit ears (loops) are optional but need to be specified when ordering.    
•Where a ute liner is fitted as a NON STANDARD item, some adjustment may be needed to fit these items.  Some special fitting tools (rivet nuts) may be required.  This generally applies to some Hilux, Rodeo, Triton, Bravo, Navara and similar style vehicles.  Special fitting kits are available if necessary.  Contact us if unsure.    
•Maximum recommended load for any above roof carrying system is 100kg, evenly spread and secured.  Where these products are fitted to existing structures, the rated load for that structure applies.    
•Cab overs: Some cab over hoops can generate wind noise.  Our exeprience has revealed this is not true in ALL cases but we feel obliged to make this known.  Full length Roof Racks or the addition of a "Ski Bar", Rhino, Rola or similar type roof bars are some other options for support over the cabin.  We can build our products to a specific height to match these roof bars if required.    
•When ordering, please order by description be sure to include your contact details.      
•These prices exclude larger utes (eg F250, Chev) and light trucks (eg Volkswagen Transit).  Contact us for pricing for these models.
