    WHO WE ARE:

    Ozrax Pty. Ltd. was founded by John Archibald. A qualified Boilermaker with over 24 years experience in metal fabrication and the holder of several industry related qualifications including a number of DLI welding certificates. During our thirteen years of involvement with aluminium motor vehicle accessories we have carefully selected personnel necessary for the effective and efficient operation of our business. All of our staff receive in comprehensive training in order to achieve the high standard of product we insist upon. Specialized design, welding, tube bending, polishing together with refinements to packaging and freight, marketing & promotions have all combined to make our presence in the aftermarket automotive industry solid and showing continued strength. Our customers and suppliers have also been an integral part of our growth  providing loyalty, quality materials, goods and services. We are a member of the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (A.A.A.A)

    WHERE WE ARE:

    Our workshop and office are located at Glenburn (Victoria) approximately 20 minutes north of Yarra Glen however we have a facility in Melbourne's Eastern suburb of Croydon for installations by appointment and a vehicle on the road in and around Melbourne most days. For safety and work continuity reasons, our workshop is not open to the public but if you have genuine reasons we are happy to show you around. An on site fitting service is also available in most areas of Melbourne and some parts of north east Victoria. We also have distributors in most capital cities and all over Australia. We freight Australia wide.

WHAT WE DO:

    Ozrax Pty. Ltd. are specialists in metal fabrication. In particular we specialize in tubular aluminium ute accessories, welding and fabrication, tube bending and metal polishing. All of these require the highest standard of expertise in order to achieve first class quality products.  All of these skillls are available "in house" which gives us absolute control over the quality of our products. In 1995 we began building steel ladder bars for VS Commodore  and XG Falcon utes. By 1999 we were well established in the area of ute accessories and with the release of the popular AU Falcon in that year, we began to commit more effort to producing aluminium accessories as a preference to steel with its obvious benifits. Technology has helped us along too. Our machines are top of the range capable of producing high quality distortion free  bends in tube up to 100mm in diameter on a radius as tight as 1.5 CLR (Centre Line Radius). Welds are performed using the latest high tech pulse inverter type machines and procedures are in place to ensure the quality of our products is consistently first class each and every time.
